The selling and administrative costs rose to 33 percent form 25 percent.The reason for this phenomenon is the lack of long-term relationships with its customers, which has, lessens the revenues for investors. Moreover, there was a lack of loyal employees, which in turn generated the deficiency of loyal customers.
